After running the café 't Simple Beaan in Kerkhove for 15 years, we decided in 2015 that it was time for a new challenge. Ronse is a city in full development, which is completely blossoming, so the choice was quickly made. The building at Sint Martensstraat no. 7 has a beautiful soul and is one of the oldest houses in Ronse. It is also ideally located in De Vrijheid, the beautiful and renovated historic district around the Hermes Basilica.

After a year of dreaming, planning, thinking and adjusting, we started the complete makeover in 2016...
Total experience
No detail should be overlooked to create a unique interior and matching atmosphere. It must be a total experience for you as a customer. That is why we also try to provide the right touch in other areas, with pleasant music, a family atmosphere and a friendly welcome.
