Everything is home-made with fresh and local ingredients. Each dish is always served with a fresh salad with (seasonal) vegetables, with vinaigrette in a separate jug, and fries or puree. Heidi's cuisine is simple but delicious and reminiscent of grandmother's time. Don't forget to taste Heidi's delicious desserts!

Oven cakes
The oven cakes are no longer on the regular menu recently, but we can still organize an oven cake buffet for larger groups. We also do an oven cake weekend a few times a year. Contact us for more information regarding groups or subscribe to the newsletter to be kept informed of the oven cake weekends
. An oven cake is a bread, full of flavor and light in structure, freshly baked by baker Bjorn in Kluisbergen. We have about 6 different types, with toppings such as goat cheese, bacon and honey, or pesto, mozzarella, smoked ham, etc. This goes into the oven, where it becomes nice and crispy and creamy.
Salads and others
We also always have different salads, two vegetarian dishes and usually one or more quiches. The salads are varied and extensive enough to serve as a complete meal. They are served with (toasted) bread and a jug of vinaigrette.

Heidi is a trained baker, so don't forget to taste her delicious desserts, and before the meal you can satisfy your hunger with one of our aperitif snacks. The rillette with toasted and salted bread and Camp's pickles is especially great.

Finally, we pride ourselves on an extensive beer list, a range of original soft drinks that you won't find anywhere else and tasty wines and cocktails and mocktails.
